Four Tours That Make Me Wish I Was American.

Spring tours are abound this week, with news of new records and new tours, and some of the best are happening across the pond, here are a few that I think are pretty awesome.

1. The Maine, Real Friends, Knuckle Puck and The Technicolors (The American Candy tour) – if you wanted to make an excellent tour, this is how you would do it, with four great bands going across the US, in support of The Maine’s new record American Candy, news of which was released yesterday – if you want to see these bands in the UK, you’d have to see All Time Low at Wembley, Knuckle Puck with Neck Deep and wait patiently for The Maine to arrive possibly in 2016. *cries*.

2. Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, Mallory Knox and Pvris – well all these bands are pretty badass, to be honest, with great records from Pvris (White Noise) and Mallory Knox’s Asymmetry being released last year, which is also very good, the support is a great tour itself, then you add Pierce The Veil and Sleeping With Sirens and that’s really some excellent icing on the cake, there’s apparently imminent Pierce The Veil on the horizon as well, and if Collide With The Sky is anything to go by, it’s gonna be pretty good.

3. Warped Tour – The ultimate Summer music festival, it became better known after Blink 182 sung about it in their track ‘The Rock Show’, and from then it’s grown into a massive tour with hundreds of bands travelling around the country which will include The Wonder Years, Trophy Eyes and Blessthefall, but probably not Front Porch Step. Hopefully in Autumn the Warped Tour will make it’s way back to Alexandra Palace in London, but for now, I’m still jealous.

4. Glamour Kills Spring Break Tour – Set It Off, Against The Current, Roam, As It Is – four great bands touring together, the new Set It Off having a flair for the dramatic, and a new EP from Against The Current on the horizon, which includes the most sing a long chorus in ‘Gravity’, it’s gonna be an awesome tour, with As It Is, being a band to watch in 2015 in my opinion.
