Review: Jesse & Joy – Echoes of Love.

Jesse & Joy are a duo, who recently dropped two tracks (kind of) which you can hear here through Spotify. The track, which is sung in their native tongue of Spanish and then sung again in English and hopefully a taste of what is to come from the duo in the near future.

The two create some incredible melodies throughout these tracks, with stunning piano intros, and subtle drum and violin work that adds to the atmosphere of the song perfectly throughout. There’s some soaring sounds on this song that work in harmony throughout the song and it makes for such a powerful listen.

Joy’s vocals are amazing on this song, the Spanish version for me really showcases her vocal so much more, her natural tone with the music sounds amazing – that’s not to say her voice in English is any lesser, the clarity and strength of her voice is stunning no matter which language she sings in. The writing is really quite beautiful and tells a story perfectly, there’s a real emotion on this track and makes an amazing listen.

Jesse & Joy are siblings and certainly made to work together and this track certainly proves it.
